Make an exercise appointment on your calendar it motivates and keeps you going. in just a few minutes exercise you can do for 10 – 15 minutes a day has a large benefits. Even how busy you are, try to make time for fitness.

Work for something that you enjoy. try walking on a treadmill while watching your favorite show. walking with your hobby, joining a group of sports can be fun, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
