The Significance of Rest and Recovery in Weight Training

If we don’t have enough rest, our muscles gets weaker and It could be a waste of time for our weight training workouts, if we don’t have proper time to rest. if we train our muscle regularly it is important to have enough rest for our muscles to maintain and repair muscle tissue. it replaces old cells with new cells and builds, regenerate energy throughout the day. when you workout always rest for 1 to 2 days between workouts.
